Addison Louise Hoover (born June 10, 1990) is an American actress. Her identical twin sister, Alex Hoover is also an actress. Addison and Alex shared the role of "Heather" on ER on the episode "When Night Meets Day" (aired 8 May 2003). Since 2004, Addison has played the character "Tracy Obo" on Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. Alex played "Stacy Obo". The twins recently booked the contract roles of the Forrester twins, Phoebe (Addison) and Steffy (Alex), on the soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. Their first episode aired on 22 April 2005. In November the same year, the twins were dropped to recurring status with the show. Addison and her sister deserve more exposure as they are both great comedic talents.
