Akio Otsuka (大塚明夫 Ōtsuka Akio, born November 24, 1959) is a veteran seiyū. He is also the son of veteran seiyū Chikao Otsuka. As of November 15, 2005, Akio works for Mausu Promotion, formerly Ezaki Production. He and fellow seiyū Yoko Soumi wed on February 11, 2005.
