Alexander Anthony Black (born April 20 1989 in Redwood City, California) is an American television and motion picture child actor. He has appeared in several popular movies, as well as a minor role on Charmed. He currently plays Seth Powers in Nickelodeon's hit series, Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide.
