Alex Janie Hoover (born June 10, 1990) is an American actress. Her identical twin sister, Addison Hoover is also an actress. Alex and Addison shared the role of "Heather" on ER on the episode "When Night Meets Day" (aired 8 May 2003). Since 2004, Alex has played the character "Stacy Obo" on Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. Addison played "Tracy Obo". The twins recently booked the contract roles of the Forrester twins, Steffy (Alex) and Phoebe (Addison), on the soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. Their first episode aired on 22 April 2005. In November the same year, the twins were dropped to recurring status with the show. Alex and her sister deserve more exposure as they are both great comedic talents.
