| Alison Fanelli (born April 26, 1979 in Northport, New York) is an American actress who is best known for the role of Ellen Josephine Hickle on the TV series The Adventures of Pete & Pete. She is a 2001 graduate of Baltimore's Goucher College, where she earned a B.A. in pre-med, and Dartmouth College, where she earned a master's degree in Health Care Improvement. Alison is also an accomplished oboist, and the elder sister of Chris "Kirbopher15" Niosi, creator of the animated web series T.T.A..
