Amrita Rao (born 17 June 1981) is an Indian model and actress in Bollywood movies.

She debuted in the 2002 film Ab Ke Baras, but was first widely noticed in the 2003 Ishq Vishk. Two later films, Masti and Main Hoon Na, did well at the box office. She is currently arranged to be married to Faraz Rizvi. Her latest releases have not done as well. She is currently working on Sooraj R. Barjatya's production, Vivaah, opposite Shahid Kapoor.
