Anastasiya Alexandrovna Vertinskaya () (b. 19 December 1944), a Russian actress.

Anastasiya Vertinskaya was born in Moscow in the family of famous artist Alexander Vertinsky. In the cinema Anastasiy fell because of the director Aleksandr Ptushko - he invited her to act the role of Assol in the screening of Scarlet Sails by Alexander Grin book. In this film were occupied many of the present and future stars of Soviet cinema, including of Vasily Lanovoy
, Ivan Pereverzev, Sergey Martinson
, Oleg Anofriev. The film, which was appeared on the screens in 1961 and the gained huge audience success, immediately made a young actress a celebrity. In the following year she played a new successful role of Gutttiere, in the fantastic filmпоставленный of Gennadi Kazanskiy and Vladimir Chebotarev Amphibian Man, based on the Alexander Belyayev's book of the same name. In 1962 the actress joined to the company of the Pushkin Theater in Moscow.

One of the best film works of Anastasiya Vertinskaya became the role of Ophelia in Hamlet
- the well-known screening of the Shakespearean play, directed by Grigori Kozintsev
. After completing in 1968 of the Shchepkin
theatrical school she began to work in the Sovremennik Theatre, and from 1980 in the Moscow Art Theatre.

Actress continued successfully to play in the cinema and on TV. She played numerous notable roles in the films War and Peace, Anna Karenina
, Enamoureds, The Gadfly, Case of Polynin, Nameless star.

In the end of the 1980s Vertinskaya together with Aleksandr Kalyagin gave the lessons of theatrical craftsmanship in Oxford, she worked in the Comédie-Française, in the European film school in Switzerland, now she teaches in France, in the Chekhov's school. She became People's Artist of the RSFSR in 1978.

In the recent years Anastasiy Vertinskaya acted in the film Thirst of passion (1991) of Andrey Kharitonov and in Master and Margarita (1994) of Yuri Kara.
