Andrew Francis is one of the many well-known voice actors who work with Ocean Group, out of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Best known for his maniacal laugh, Andrew is usually cast into the role of a teenage boy or as a psychotic villain.

His most recognized roles are those of the hyperactive Genki of Monster Rancher, and the sadistic Dilandau of Escaflowne. His other roles include Bobby Drake/Iceman from X-Men Evolution, and Tempest from Action Man.
