Angelo Muscat (died 10 October 1971) was a character actor.

Angelo Muscat was born in Malta. He appeared in 14 of the 17 episodes of the sixties cult TV series The Prisoner, in which he played the famously mute Butler. Distinctly diminutive at only 4' 3" (1.30 m) , he also played an Oompa-Loompa in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (uncredited, 1971). He was in his late 40s when he died.
