Anna Manahan is an Irish actress with a long history in movies, TV and stage productions. She won the Tony Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama for her role as the exasperating, doomed Irish mother in Martin McDonagh's The Beauty Queen of Leenane. While in New York City she was successfully treated at a New York hospital for heart disease.
