Arath de la Torre (born March 20, 1975) is a Mexican actor, born in Cancún, Quintana Roo.

Arath de la Torre Balmaceda, actor and comedian, brother of Ulíses de la Torre, also an actor. Arath at 17 years old left Cancún to go to Mexico City with the objective to make his studies in the Centro de Educación Artística. The young actor has been distinguished by his sense of humor and his capacity to interpret different types of characters. His evolution as an actor has gone to slow, but surely, and to seven years from his debut in television, is one of the young people more recognized by his talent.

He has participated in soap operas, such as: Tú y Yo (1996), Mi Pequeña Traviesa (1997), Soñadoras (1998), and Amigas y Rivales (2001), to mention some. In this last one, he gave life to “Roberto de la O”, a boy who falls in love with the his father’s wife and he also made a naked scenc, the reason why this character was a challenge for the actor and who to say of some critical in television, he fulfilled satisfactorily.

As of the 2003 he appears next to Angélica Vale and other comedians in the Parodia, show in which they imitate characters of show business and politicians. In addition he participates in the children's melodrama Alegrijes y Rebujos, under the production of Rosy Ocampo.
