Blair McDonough (born 30 April 1981 in Sydney Australia) was an amateur Australian Rules Football player before entering Big Brother Australia and becoming runner up in the show's first season (2001) and generating a cult following.

A few months after Big Brother ended he was cast in Australian soap opera Neighbours playing the role of Stuart Parker. McDonough's first appearance in the series was in the final seconds of the final episode for 2001.

In 2002, McDonough was named one of the '25 Most Beautiful People' in Australian publication Who magazine.

In late 2005 McDonough announced he will be leaving Neighbours to seek work in London.
