| Bob Todd (December 15, 1921 – May 21, 1992) was a British comedy actor, mostly known for being a sidekick of Benny Hill and Spike Milligan. He was born in Faversham, Kent and died in London. Todd was best known for his lugubrious expression and talent for slapstick. His television career began in the early 1960s. Todd's perpetually crumpled visage was immortalised in the 1985 Half Man Half Biscuit song 99% of gargoyles look like Bob Todd.
