| Brad Hall (born March 21, 1958, Santa Barbara, California) is an American writer and actor, best known as a Saturday Night Live news anchor on Saturday Night News. He was also the creator of the TV series The Single Guy and Watching Ellie. He is married to actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Seinfeld), whom he met while both were attending Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. They both performed on SNL from 1982 to 1984. He is frequently confused with the inventor of Sniglets, but that was Rich Hall. Between May 2005 and November 2005, Hall blogged twice on The Huffington Post.
