Carla Pivonski is an American model who appeared in numerous Playboy Special Editions in the late 1990s. She eventually appeared in two films from Troma studios, Terror Firmer in 1999 (under the name 'Carla Burden'), and the following year's Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger
IV. Naturally well endowed, several websites promoted her as the perfect actress to portray Lara Croft. It seems that she stopped working around 2001 due to the effect of gravity. Perhaps she continued her studies in psychology.
