Carmen Filpi (March 22, 1923 – May 9, 2003, USA) was an American character actor who starred in films and on television. He is well known for playing a homeless man in a lot of movies.

His first feature film was in the 1969 movie Wild Gypsies, he also starred in The Ice Pirates
(1984), Pee-Wee's Big Adventure (1985), Life Stinks
(1991), and The Wedding Singer
(1998). Carmen also acted in the 2000 made-for-TV movie Goodbye Casanova
with Yasmine Bleeth. Carmen's final film was in 2002 in the movie Eight Crazy Nights
.

Horror film fans remember him from the 1988 hit horror movie Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers
as the Reverend Jack Sayer, his character gives Dr. Sam Loomis a ride to Haddonfield.

Carmen made many guest appearances in many TV shows. Some of those appearances range from Baretta, Barney Miller, Quantum Leap, Married... with Children, and Sabrina, The Teenage Witch.
