| Carol Locatell is an American actress who has starred in films, television and on Broadway. She is best known for her roll in the 1985 horror movie Friday the 13th: A New Beginning as the foul-mouthed mean lady named Ethel. Her first movie was in the 1973 movie Coffy. Carol's most recent film she starred in was in the 2005 movie The Family Stone. She had made guest appearances on many tv shows, some of those appearances range from Bonanza, MASH, ER, 7th Heaven, Without a Trace, and Numb3rs. Carol started an acting workshop in Manhattan, New York and is still running.
