Chapman To (Chinese: 杜汶泽) (born June 8, 1972) is an actor featuring primarily in films, who hails from Hong Kong. He specialises in comedy characters. To started his acting career in TV soap operas and moved to the big screen in 2000. He is best known for playing "Crazy Keung" in Infernal Affairs
, as well as playing the role of 'Itsuki Tachibana' in Initial D
, which was a bit ironic as the character was almost half his real age.

To used to be a divorcee, but recently married again, this time to actress Crystal Tin in late 2005.

He had recently finished a movie called Isabella and will be soon on threater.
