Christie Lee Woods (born October 21, 1977 in Huntsville, Texas) is an American model and actress, who first gained national attention as Miss Teen USA 1996. She then worked as a TV actress. In 2004, she appeared on The Amazing Race 5 aired by CBS.

Pageants

Christie first became known as beauty cotnestant. In 1996 she won Miss Walker County Teen USA, Miss Teen Houston USA, Miss Texas Teen USA, and finally Miss Teen USA. Later she returned to pageants, winning Miss Central Texas USA 2002, Miss Houston USA 2003, and Miss Southeast Texas USA 2004.

Acting

She played Rowena in the TV series The New Adventures of Robin Hood in the late 1990s. She also had guest appearances on Malibu, CA (1988) and USA High (1988).

Amazing Race 5

She appeared competed her boyfriend Colin Guinn on The Amazing Race 5. The pair finished the race second out of a group of eleven. A tire blowout experienced in Dallas, Texas by Colin and Christie's limousine contributed to not winning. Chips and Kim were the winners. After the show, Colin and Christie were married.
