| Ciarán McMenamin is a Northern Ireland-born actor, who has appeared on BBC programmes, including as Cedric Crackenthorpe in What Mrs. McGillicuddy Saw, an episode of the new Jane Marple series (starring Geraldine McEwan), and in the channel 4 comedy series The Young Person's Guide To Becoming A Rock Star. He was born in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh circa 1975 to a Roman Catholic nationalist family. Winner of the Kenneth Branagh Renaissance Award (June 1997) and of the Gold Medal RSAMD (1998). He also co-starred in the 2005 ITV series The Golden Hour as a paramedic.
