| Claire Davenport (April 24 1933 - March 4 2002) was a British actress. From Fawlty Towers: Fully Booked: "Davenport was a larger than life character actress who worked with the great and the good of British Comedy. Claire Davenport was a perfect vehicle for humour based on innuendo, farce and sometimes downright smut." Also well known for cameo roles in Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi and Birth of the Beatles. She also appeared in Doctor Who in 1964. Claire died on March 4 2002 of renal failure.
