| Clifton Collins Jr. (born June 16, 1970 in Los Angeles, California, USA) is an American actor. Collins is the grandson of Mexican actor Pedro Gonzales-Gonzales. He first broke through the mainstream with a performance as gang thug Cesar in the film One Eight Seven. He next wowed audiences in the ensemble drama Traffic as a hitman for the Mexican drug cartels. Next, Collins performanced as a tormented GI in training in Joel Schumacher's Tigerland, holding his own against the film's star, Colin Farrell. In 2005, Collins won rave reviews for his subtle protrayal of killer Perry Smith in the fact-based film Capote. He is set to star in 2006's Dirty alongside Oscar winner Cuba Gooding Jr..
