Connie Fletcher (born November 8, 1982 in Jacksonville, Florida) is an American actress who is most notable for the role of Erin Lavery on the soap opera All My Children. She has portrayed the role since August 2005. A native of Jacksonville, Fletcher graduated from Episcopal High School of Jacksonville in 2001.

Fletcher graduated from Boston University with a BFA, with a major in Theatre and a minor in Art History. At BU, she appeared in various plays, including Blue Surge, Company, Marat/Sade, Electra, The Rimers of Eldrich and See More Glass, a collaborative adaptation of the works of J.D. Salinger.
