| Daniel Pollock (died 1992) was an Australian actor. He committed suicide in 1992 by throwing himself under a train. Pollock had performed in films such as Nirvana Street Murder (1990), Death in Brunswick (1991), and Proof (1991). His last film was Romper Stomper (1992). He died before the film's release. He had been a known heroin addict. Russell Crowe, who had appeared with Pollock in Romper Stomper, wrote the song "The Night That Davey Hit the Train" about his death.
