David Spinx is a British actor, probably best known for playing Keith Miller in EastEnders since 2004. He had previously appeared in EastEnders for a guest role in 1999 as Sharkey who was a cellmate to Steve Owen and provided the voices on the radios in Barry Evans' cab firm.
