| Dean Edwards also known as Cop #2, July 30, 1970 in The Bronx, New York) is a stand-up comedian and actor. A veteran of the United States National Guard, he developed a reputation for working clean and taught classes in stand-up comedy technique. In 2001, Edwards joined the cast of Saturday Night Live as a featured performer. He developed several impressions, including Michael Jackson, Wayne Brady, and Billy Ocean. Some considered him a "fallback" for when Tracy Morgan was not available and/or appropriate for an African-American part. Edwards did not get much stage time in his two seasons on SNL. He left at the end of season 28. Edwards has also appeared on The Sopranos and done voice acting for Celebrity Deathmatch.
