Debi Diamond (born Deborah Lester on May 1 1962 in San Fernando Valley, California) is an American adult actress. She has also been credited as Miss D. D., Debi, Debbie Diamond, Debbi Diamond, Deborah Diamond, Debi Dymond, Josi Emerson, Debi Hanson, Kaviar, Debbie Lester, Debi Lester, Shelly Rae, Shelley Ray, Shelly Ray, or Shelly Rey.

Debi Diamond grew up in the San Fernando Valley outside of Los Angeles. After graduating from high school, she met Hollywood producer Robert Evans and worked for a time as his personal assistant. Evans, in turn, introduced her to photographer Helmut Newton, who featured her in a number of his volumes of photography in the 80's. Her acting career did not take off during this time frame, so she turned to adult films.

She made her first adult film in 1980 (in Suze's Centerfolds) and quickly built a reputation for willingness to perform nearly any sexual act with any other performer. For example, in Deep Inside Debi Diamond, she impales herself on the 12-inch phallus of an ice statue.

The high point of her career was arguably in the early '90s, when she worked virtually nonstop and her performances garnered many industry awards, including induction into the XRCO and the AVN Performers' Hall of Fame.

According to Debi's friend and fellow adult film star Bionca, Debi married and moved to Illinois after her retirement.
