Ed Powers (born Mark Krinsky October 25, 1954, in Brooklyn, New York, USA) is a porn star and director and producer of hardcore pornographic films. He is best known for his Dirty Debutantes series, which features amateur female performers, many never having acted in porn before, performing masturbation, sex with male performers, and occasionally lesbian scenes.

The Dirty Debutantes series has a well-tuned formula. It begins with a usually younger girl (18+) dressed up. She will engage in an interview with Ed who, despite being "older", not too handsome and poorly endowed, is quite charismatic. He will ask her a number of questions -- many dealing with when she first had sex and whether she enjoys masturbating and anal sex. The woman will then take off her clothes and Ed will suggest a number of things that she might want to do. Often Ed encourages the woman to masturbate on camera and encourage them to reach an orgasm. Ed enjoys licking the women's vaginas and sometimes their anuses as well. Ed is persistent at oral sex and the women generally appear to climax. Often he will bring in another male performer with a larger penis and let him engage in sex with the woman as well. In many early performances, Ed started with un-protected oral and vaginal sex and often ends up performing anal sex, doggie style, then withdrawing and ejaculating on the womans butt, chest, face, mouth or other body parts. In later performances, Ed generally engages in protected sex (with a condom), oral, sometimes vaginal, and refrains from anal intercourse. Ed has often traveled to foreign countries where he gets local woman to go through the same procedure. He seems to especially like women from Asia and Eastern Europe. Russia has become a very popular location for Ed to find women.

He also used to do a late-night weekend radio talk show in Los Angeles, California, known as Bedtime Stories, in which various guests connected with sex in some way, such as swingers, prostitutes, porn stars, etc. appear to talk about sex with Ed, followed by listener call-in segment.

While Ed seems to think of himself as some type of "star" most porn viewers regard him as an annoying presence and his videos have become less popular over the years.

Powers has also often been vindictive and has sought to stifle other producer's work. His controversial stint at Sin City resulted in numerous lawsuits including one between Mickey Blank and a porn actress that complained that Power's disasterious work at Sin City violated her contract.
