| Eddie Carroll is a voice actor who took over the role of Jiminy Cricket in 1975 after the death of original voice Cliff Edwards in 1971. HIs real name is Eddie Eleniak. He grew up in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. In the fifties he moved to Hollywood to become an actor. He is rumoured to be related to the actress Erika Eleniak, who played Daisy May in the 1990s version of the Beverly Hillbillies. Eddie Carroll entertains in dinner theatres as a Jack Benny impersonator.
