Eddy Vilard (born Manuel Eduardo Villasana Ruiz on December 22, 1988) is a Mexican actor. Before he joined the cast of Rebelde he was part of the Necaxa & Cruz Azul (Blue cross) soccer team; he was going to be drafted to Argentina to play pro-soccer, because of his skills, but he hit a nerve while playing and was unable to go.
