Efren Ramirez (born October 2, 1983 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor of Salvadoran and Mexican descent, best known for his role as "Pedro" in the 2004 film Napoleon Dynamite
.

Ramirez and Jon Heder have filmed a few commercials to promote the 2005 Utah State Fair. They appear as their characters from Napoleon Dynamite
; Pedro and Napoleon respectively. In at least one commercial, they are shown with their FFA medals that they won in the context of the movie. He will appear in Jack Black's film Nacho Libre
, set to debut in June 2006.

He had a small part in the music video for Ashlee Simpson's 2005 song "Boyfriend".

Efren also has a twin brother named Carlos ().
