Elaine Lee is an American actor, playwright, comic book colorist and comic book writer.

She has worked for both Marvel Comics (including Saint Sinner, a Marvel/Razorline series created by Clive Barker). She has worked on several limited series for DC Comics under its main imprint and their Vertigo Comics and Helix imprints. These include Vamps and its sequels Vamps: Hollywood & Vein and Vamps: Pumpkin Time, and two early 1990s limited series reviving the character of Ragman. Lee's best-known work, however, is likely Starstruck, a collaboration with artist Mike Kaluta which has appeared in both stage play and comics/graphic novel incarnations. She also scripted Skin Tight Orbit for Eros Comix, featuring some stories set in the universe of Starstruck.
