Elizabeth Katz (born in France) is a Mexican actress and former model.

After obtaining a small role in the telenovela La casa al final de la calle ("The house at the end of the street") on Televisa she obtained the role of a French model in Amor de Nadie a production starred by Lucía Méndez and Fernando Allende. In 1995 she took the role of "Mariana" in the Mexican film Mujeres infieles ("Unfaithful women") where she met Enrique Rocha. Katz dated Rocha, many years her senior, and although he wanted to have children with her she refused..
