| Ella Scott Lynch (b. September 27 1982 in Sydney) is an Australian actress. A graduate of the highly acclaimed National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA), she was recently cast on soap opera Home and Away in the role of Hayley Lawson, previously played by Bec Cartwright. Ella had a guest role on All Saints and small roles in Charlotte's Web and Shine. Ella will also appear soon in the upcoming telefilm The Silence and Cate Shortland's feature Monkey Puzzle. Ella has also recently featured in the video of Alex Lloyd's "Never Meant to Fail".
