Emma Chambers (born March 11, 1964) is an English actress.

Born in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, she is a regular in the cast of the TV sitcom The Vicar of Dibley and appeared in the role as Honey in the theatrical motion picture Notting Hill.

Chambers has also worked as a voice performer in the animated made-for-TV movie The Wind in the Willows (1995) and in Little Robots (2003).
