Emma Samms (born Emma Samuelson on 28 August, 1960, in London) is an actress who played Holly Sutton Scorpio on General Hospital from 1982 to 1985, and from 1992 to 1993.

She also played in Dynasty, The Colbys and Dynasty: The Reunion. In 2003, she appeared in four episodes of the BBC series Holby City. On 14 October, 2005, she started appearing on the BBC daytime series Doctors.

In February 2006, Samms made a 7-episode return to GH, in which she was selling the antidote to a serious virus that was causing an epidemic in Port Charles.

She was busted by Carly (Laura Wright), Luke (Anthony Geary), Robert (Tristan Rogers), and Jason (Steve Burton). In the end, she tried to con her way back into a relationship, with both Luke and Robert, which both failed. She was apologized to by Robert, for faking his death, and on her last air-date, she was carted off to a prison in the Dominican Republic.

In 1983, Samms and her cousin, film producer Peter Samuelson, co-founded the Starlight Children's Foundation, an organisation that attempts to fulfil the wishes of seriously ill children.

The organisation was a response to losing her brother Jamie, who died at age nine from aplastic anemia.
