Eric Hernan Gamonal is an American writer, actor, cinematographer who worked on the films Laramie Justice 1995 and The Recorder 1995, where he starred as Jai.

In 2005, Gamonal began writing a musical production with renowned singer/songwriter/pianist Fred I. Lee. While the musical will serve as a first for either artist, both Gamonal and Lee have worked together in the past, most notably a written by Lee about Gamonal which was published in U.C. Berkeley's humor magazine.

Gamonal has also been rumored to be working with long time associates Conor P. Moore and Khurram A. Nizami on a stage play with the working title "A Story that Needs to be Told."
