Erin Jessica Cahill (born January 4, 1980 in the U.S. state of Virginia), is an actress best known for her role as Jen, the Pink Time Force Ranger, on the television series Power Rangers: Time Force, and the related movies, video games, and TV series, including a two-episode reunion in Power Rangers: Wild Force. She was Miss Junior Virginia 1991.

More recently she has served as a host on the late night cable variety show Mountain Dew Network, aired Sundays on Spike. She also is the host of Walt Disney World Vacation Planning Video in 2006.

Non-Power Ranger roles have included the movies Bill the Intern (2003), Creature Unknown (2003), and The Biggest Fan
(2002). She has also guest-starred on the TV series' General Hospital and Crossing Jordan. She currently plays Amber on the FOX sitcom Free Ride.

In her spare time, Cahill is an avid supporter of Free Arts for Abused Children.
