Eugene Dynarski (born September 13 1932) is an actor. Three of the most popular projects he has been involved were Steven Spielberg's film, Duel, Westwood Studios computer game Command & Conquer: Red Alert, and another Steven Spielberg film, Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

In Duel he had a small role as a truck driver in a cafe. However, in Command & Conquer: Red Alert he had a substantially larger role as Joesph Stalin appearing in the briefing videos of the Soviet Union. He had a small role in Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

Eugene Dynarksi has also appeared in numerous television shows. He is one of only 32 actors or actresses to have starred in both the original Star Trek (up to and including Star Trek VI:The Undiscovered Country) and then in one of the spin offs.

The last movie Dynarski has appeared in to date is Apple Jack as Helmut Jitters.
