| Ewan Bailey (born Ewan Thomson in Sussex, England, 1966) is an actor, writer and voice artist located in Central London, best known for writing and performing in The Sunday Format, BBC Radio 4's satire of British Sunday newspapers, Funland, BBC Three's darker than dark comedy set in the English seaside town of Blackpool, and HBO's recent epic series Rome. He also founded Rubbaball, a small scale comedy theatre company. His father, Dr Bruce Thomson, was a rugby union player who played for the Scotland national rugby union team. Bailey was educated at Brighton College and Keble College, Oxford, where he took a Master's degree in Modern History, and then at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London. Notable creditsFilm
