| Graham Moffatt (December 6, 1919 - July 2, 1965) was a British actor. He is best know for a number of films where he appeared with Will Hay and Moore Marriott, where he played an insolent, overweight, overgrown-schoolboy type character, loosely reminiscent of Billy Bunter. Their best known film is probably Oh, Mr Porter! (1937). Their other films included Ask a Policeman, Where's That Fire? and Old Bones of the River. He continued to appear in films, including Back-Room Boy, with Arthur Askey, and Powell and Pressburger's A Canterbury Tale and I Know Where I'm Going!, before retiring to run a public house. He still made occasional film appearances until his death from a heart attack in 1965.
