Harold V. Goldstein (born December 10, 1923, in Schenectady, New York) known as Harold Gould, is an American actor who has spent his career in movies and television.

His most notable role was as Martin Morgenstern, the father of Rhoda Morgenstern (played by Valerie Harper) on the TV series Rhoda
opposite the late Nancy Walker who played Rhoda's mother, Ida. Gould left the series early in its run. Thereafter his character would be referred to in the present tense, but not seen.

Gould also appeared as Miles Webber on the 1980s geriatric TV series The Golden Girls. He was the boyfriend of Rose Nylund (played by Betty White). In one episode, it was revealed that Miles was actually in the Witness Protection Program as he had revealed information about a Chicago mobster.

Gould also appeared in the short-lived The Golden Girls spinoff, The Golden Palace.
