| Izabella Miko (born Izabella Anna Mikolajczak on January 21, 1981 in Lodz, Poland) is a Polish-born actress and model. She was born to a pair of Polish actors -- Grazyna Dylag and Alexsander Mikolajczak. Izabella grew up in Warsaw, where she studied to be a ballerina. An American choreographer invited her to study in New York City, on a scholarship, so she travelled with her mother on her fifteenth birthday. Three of her best-known roles were as Cammie in Coyote Ugly, Carrie in HBO's Deadwood, and as a dancer with wildly-frizzed hair in The Killers video for "Mr Brightside".
