J.R. Carrington (born November 22 1968 in Tahoe City, California) is an American pornstar. Her stage name is a combination of characters from the television shows Dallas (J.R. Ewing) and Dynasty (Alexis Carrington).

Born in Tahoe City, Carrington grew up in Newport Beach, the child of rich, culturally conservative Jewish parents. After a divorce in early 1994, she lived in South Lake Tahoe and regularly commuted to Reno to strip. A photo of her made its way to Mark Carriere at Leisure Time, and he invited her back to Southern California. They dated regularly and eventually Miss Carrington entered the porn industry.

Carrington worked in the porn industry from 1994 to 1999 and appeared in more than 50 movies. She reportedly got her start after meeting Jenna Jameson, who encouraged her to enter the adult entertainment industry. Carrington became known for her surgically enhanced breasts and willingness to engage in anal sex.

While no longer active in films, Carrington dances and does limited escorting work.

She is the mother of two boys.
