| Jan Ravens is a Bebington, Wirral-born (May 14, 1958) British actress and impressionist, famous for her voices on Spitting Image and Dead Ringers. She was the first female President of Cambridge University Footlights Club in 1979-1980. She also appears on Dictionary Corner on Channel 4's Countdown, even though Dead Ringers parodies that same show. People who regularly come under her imitative powers are Newsnight host Kirsty Wark, Charlotte Green of Radio 4, Fiona Bruce of BBC News, Anne Robinson of The Weakest Link, and the Geordie-accented wife of David Archer, Ruth, from fictional Radio 4 series, The Archers.
