Jeff Anderson is an actor who starred as Randal Graves in the 1994 cult comedy Clerks. He has since appeared in later Kevin Smith films and has written/directed/starred in the film Now You Know.

DVD and VHS releases in the sixth episode's introduction by Jay and Silent Bob. According to the skit, he is the owner of the expensive California house and pool from which Jay and Bob introduced the episodes, having hired the duo as groundskeepers.
