Jeff Branson is an American actor (born March 10, 1977 in St. Louis, Missouri).

Branson is probably best known for his role on the ABC soap opera All My Children. He originated the role of Jonathan Lavery in 2004. The actor was off the air for a few months in 2005 when the character was believed dead in an explosion, but Branson remained on-contract the entire time. It has also been revealed that the source of Johnathan's past psychotic behavior was a combination of mis-perscribed anti-psychotic drugs and a malignant brain tumor, which has recently been removed. However, Jonathan now has a mental handicap which causes him to behave child-like.

Branson's work prior to All My Children included a 2000 guest spot on NBC's Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He had a small part that year in the film Shaft. In 2002, he was in the film The Wolves of Wall Street. In 2003, he played the role of a younger Alan Spaulding on the CBS soap opera Guiding Light.

He can be seen in the film Four Lane Highway as the character of Andy and has a role in the upcoming movie The Big Bad Swim as the character of Owen.

In 2005, Branson received a Daytime Emmy Award nomination in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his work on All My Children'' as Jonathan.
