Jenny Funnell is an actress who appeared in the British comedy TV series As Time Goes By as the character Sandy. She initially started in radio and while still at drama school, won the Canton Hobbs Radio Drama Award in 1984.

Funnell, who has a twin sister named Penny, was born in Kenya, but moved to Britain when she was 4.
