| Jeremy Sheffield was born (March 17 1966) in Kelvedon, Essex, UK. Jeremy trained as a ballet dancer with the Royal Ballet at Covent Garden before becoming an actor. However his ballet career was brought to an end at the age of 27 by a broken toe and torn ligament. He has notably been in the UK drama Holby City where he played Alex Adams (2000-2003). Recently he has starred in the 2005 movie The Wedding Date along side Debra Messing and Dermot Mulroney. He also appeared as a dancer in Queen's music video for I Want to Break Free and on Natalie Imbruglia's music video for Torn.
