| Jermaine "Huggy" Hopkins (b. August 23 1973 in Newark, New Jersey) is a African American actor who has appeared on sitcoms such as The Wayans Bros. and Law & Order. He started out in the acting business when his mother sent him to go audition for the role of Thomas Sams in the 1989 film Lean On Me. He then went to work on the film Juice as Steel, along with Omar Epps,Tupac Shakur and Khalil Kain. He is married to a woman named Renee and they have one son together.
